Detox is bullshit

When I first started my detox, I had a lot of confusion about exactly what I was doing. I had heard about the detoxes before, but I felt like I was being sold something. I was under the impression that I was going to lose weight and be healthier, but I was also worried about the cost.

After a few months, I was feeling pretty good, so I decided to check in with the detox centers. I was told that they were legit. They were also expensive, but they were worth it.

So I went through with it.

Within a month, I was noticing a difference. I started to shed my old pounds, and I began to lose weight. I was still not 100 percent, but I was getting better.

The initial detox was a complete waste of money. I was a mess, and I felt like I was just putting in the time and effort to look the way I wanted to.

A month later, I decided to take another look at the detox centers. I found out that they were not legit. I had to go through a detox again, and the second time I was just as miserable as the first time.

I have since learned that people do not need to go through a detox to lose weight.

A quick google search will reveal that there are plenty of ways to lose weight without going through a detox.

I also learned that detoxes are not a good solution for people who want to look and feel good.

So what is the best way to lose weight?

There is no one way to lose weight, and there is no one way to look the way you want to.

I think it is important to not let the term “detox” make you feel like you are doing something wrong.

The best way to lose weight is to make sure you eat healthy and exercise regularly.

It is also more important to do this than to do a detox.

You can still do a detox if you feel like it is best for you, but you don’t need to do it.

If you are on a diet, it is important to be consistent. If you are doing a detox, make sure you stick with it to see the results you want.

Once you are comfortable with working out, then you can slowly increase the amount you do.

The bottom line is that we all lose weight in our own way.
