When to Contact Us?

If you have a prescription from another eyeglass practice that you are trying to use or you are not able to get your current eyeglass prescription from your current eyeglass practice, please contact us.

We are happy to review your eyeglass prescription and make any needed adjustments. We will also provide a written prescription for you to follow.

How To Get Your Eyeglass Prescription?

You will need to bring your prescription to the office with you when you come in for your new eyeglass prescription.

Please note that the eyeglass prescription will be mailed to you, so it is important that you have your eyeglass prescription clearly written on a piece of paper.

You can print out the eyeglass prescription from the website or from your email.

The prescription can be printed in black or white, so you will need to decide which color to use.

Please note that the prescription is printed on a single piece of paper, so if the prescription is long, please use a separate piece of paper for each section.

You will be responsible for paying the eyeglass prescription fee.

Please note that we do not have a prepaid card system. Most prescription fees are $20 or more.

How much does it cost to have an eyeglass prescription done?

You will need to pay the eyeglass prescription fee.

The fee is $20.00 for the entire prescription.

If you have more than one prescription, the fee is $10.00 per prescription.

We do not have a pediatric eyeglass prescription service.

Cancellation, Refund and Exchanges

You can always cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you are unable to complete your appointment, please call the office at (847) 7222300.

Refunds will be given within 3 to 5 days of the date the appointment was scheduled.

If your prescription is not in the office for two weeks, we have a $5.00 refund for the entire prescription.

It is important that you have the eyeglass prescription sent to the office as soon as possible.
